It's the 4th day of the start of winter but the sun was out, so I decided to give all my scarves & a couple of wraps an airing so they will be ready for use as the days get colder. I took out all the knitted scarves & hung them on the laundry line - these are scarves that were knitted over the last 4 years, most of them in the first 2 years as I don't really knit scarves now unless it's a present. I think I have more than enough although there are a couple of patterns that I will like to knit - maybe, I should since I am in the "little & quick projects" mood.
I am still knitting socks & have 3 on the needles & knitting a bit of each every day. I also tried Wendy's new gusset & heel method on my Waving Lace socks & it turned out nicely & there was no picking up of stitches.....
I guess for now, I will carry on with my socks but I have also cast on a small project but will not talk about it yet as I am still "playing" with it. It will be ready soon .... in another couple of days ....

I enjoy looking at all of your pretty scarves, a variety is essential to match a diverse wardrobe. Your heel on your Wavy Lace socks is perfect with amazing fit, very nice!
Wow! I've only knitted 2 scarves so far. Thanks for the link to Wendy's - haven't tried that yet. Your socks are looking great!
Nice heel! I'll be interested to see your finished socks, as I thought about doing mine toe-up but decided to stick with the pattern as I wasn't sure how they would look with the lace "upside-down".
That heel is really interesting, no picking up of stitches??? I am giving all my scarves a 'birthday' Winter wash this weekend, I love scarf wearing, I have discovered I am a long thin scarf kind of gal!! Yours look cheerily Wintry!!!
